Brad Wardynski is a licensed Professional Engineer (84989) in the State of California with over eight years of experience in applied watershed management engineering both nationally and internationally. Brad has recently supported the development of nine Los Angeles County Watershed Management Programs (WMPs and EWMPs), five San Diego County Water Quality Improvement Plans (WQIPs), six implementation-oriented water quality master plans, and one revised Watershed Management Program (rWMP); the experience gained during these efforts has afforded him a comprehensive understanding of the municipal stormwater compliance landscape.
Before joining Craftwater, he enjoyed seven years with Tetra Tech, where he gained valuable experience as technical lead and project manager for a broad range of projects including customized stormwater compliance strategies, high-resolution hydrologic and water quality modeling, stormwater design guidance and training, cloud-based project performance monitoring, and artificial intelligence. Brad has engineering degrees from Michigan State and North Carolina State Universities, and has served as instructor for stormwater facility construction, inspection, and maintenance trainings around the country.
